Costs include cleaning in preparation for your arrival
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance, plus an additional security deposit of £100 is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Any bookings agreed less than 8 weeks prior to departure will require payment in full.
The security deposit is held to cover breakages, damages, keys etc. and will be refunded within 14 days of departure.
Restrictions: These are non-smoking villa's. Pets may be allowed please supply details.
